There's a lot to getting a larger project done; designing, planning, engineering, zoning, permitting, scheduling subcontractors, forecasting budgets, and ordering materials all need to be done before a board is nailed or a shovel goes in the ground. Once the work begins, there are a lot of moving parts and pieces that need to be organized and communicated to the team.
Drogowski's strongest skill set is taking the chaos of different people and organizations who are experts in their fields and organizing the workflow to accomplish the goals while providing the stakeholders and primary decision makers the ability to make the calls when they need to.
